If you’re an athlete, a good “performance diet” is the  foundation to successful athletic performance.

Having your diet and lifestyle assessed by an experienced and well qualified Nutritionist, getting up-to-date nutritional advice, effective coaching and support, is by far the most effective (and fastest) way to dietary change, and eating healthily AND happily. Improving the diet also boosts health and digestion, is crucial to overcoming a weight problem, and certainly effective if your aim is to complete a marathon, or triathlon! One- to- One Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment + dietary coaching – Transform your diet and your life with this fully comprehensive program…

Includes 1 assessment session2 follow-up one-to-one sessions (in person, or via phone/Skype), a 7-day dietary + lifestyle analysis + personalised “diet transformation” report (including recommendations for change, and practical strategies and meal ideas), unlimited contact and answers by e-mail within 24 hrs, and additional short telephone sessions when necessary.

Kick-start Nutrition… An assessment of your food intake over 24 hours with follow-up “diet transformation” session via e-mail or Skype. E-mail lucy@simply-nutrition to get started.

A 3 Month package with bi-monthly sessions

Includes:

* A 7-day dietary and lifestyle analysis plus, individualised written report, personal recommendations, strategies and meal ideas
* Bi-Monthly personal consultations in person or via phone or Skype

Which plan is for me?

Option 1
If you’re looking to have your diet, dietary habits and lifestyle professionally assessed, this option is for you. Is your diet working for you? Does your diet suit your body and physiology? Do you maintain a healthy and happy body weight? Not sure? Find out and choose Option 1.

Option 2

You’re someone who wants a quick assessment of your diet and kick-start to a better eating and more energy? You want to know whether your current diet is a so-called “balanced diet”, whether it’s too high or low in calories, fat or sugar, OR whether it suits your particular body type and metabolism. The “diet transformation” session offers corrective suggestions, and points you towards effective changes and strategies that will help you achieve your diet, body and health goals.

Option 3

You’ll still benefit from all in Option 1, but you’re a person who knows that you’d benefit from continual personal, bespoke help and support. This 3-month plan is real value-for-money, with an initial nutrition and lifestyle assessment, personal dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and bi-monthly 1-to-1 sessions to keep you on track, inspired, and motivated to eat well, enjoy food, and enjoy better health!

Locations:

‘In person’ sessions are available in the Sussex and Surrey area – i.e. Eastbourne, Lewes, Brighton, London or surrounding area.

Please note:  For consultations required outside of a 25 mile radius from Eastbourne, an additional charge of £30 is made for each booked session.  Alternatively, ALL sessions can be adapted for ‘remote’ delivery via telephone, Skype or e-mail.
